    1. Introduction

Hogrid Tecnologia operates Braza Solver ("we", "our"), including the iOS app, browser extension, braza.app website, API, and related services. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

    2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data: • Account data: email, login identifiers, and basic authentication data. • Social login data: identifiers provided by Apple, Google, or Supabase Auth when you use those sign-in methods. • Game inventory: players from your club, synced when you use the app or extension with the Ultimate Mode WebApp. This data is tied to your account and used to generate SBC solutions. • Detailed club: attributes, PlayStyles, roles, positions, physical data, and evolution state of the cards in your club, used for the Braza Index, the Ideal Lineup, evolution suggestions, and objectives. After you accept the Terms of Use, the cards and evolutions seen feed the season's community databases without your user, email, or name (details in section 3 of the Terms of Use). • Terms of Use acceptance: accepted version and acceptance date. • Solution history: records of solved SBCs, formations used, estimated costs, and usage statistics. • Subscription and payment data: plan status, purchased product, validity period, renewal, cancellation, and transaction identifiers. iOS purchases are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat support. Website purchases may be processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. • Technical and diagnostic data: device, app version, error events, operational logs, push notification tokens, and information needed for security, support, and abuse prevention.

    3. How We Use Data

Your data is used to: • Authenticate your account, maintain your session, and manage your subscription. • Generate personalized SBC solutions based on your inventory. • Display solution history, statistics, and Premium features. • Send notifications related to new SBCs, account, subscription, and support when enabled. • Improve our algorithms, stability, and product experience in aggregated or anonymized form whenever possible. • Detect abuse, fraud, technical failures, and misuse of the service.

    4. Storage and Security

Your data is stored in our own database, hosted on infrastructure servers we contract, with encryption in transit and access controls. Database access is restricted by security policies. Supabase Auth holds only sign-in data (email and access identifiers). We keep data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our users.

    5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only when needed to operate the service: • Apple: processing purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store. • RevenueCat: managing subscriptions and in-app purchase receipts. • Stripe: processing website payments, when applicable. • Supabase Auth: authentication (sign-in) only. • Monitoring, analytics, and support providers: error diagnostics, performance measurement, and customer support. • Legal obligations: when required by law, competent authority, or court order.

    6. iOS App and Browser Extension

The iOS app may open an integrated web experience so you can access the game WebApp and use Braza Solver features. The browser extension accesses pages on the game WebApp to read inventory, identify SBCs, and interact with the Squad Builder when you use those features. We do not collect your game password and do not access other websites outside the scope needed for the service to work.

    7. Your Rights

You may: • Access your data at any time through the dashboard. • Correct inaccurate data associated with your account. • Request export of your history and personal data. • Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support. • Revoke access by removing the extension, signing out, or uninstalling the app. • Manage iOS subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or through the App Store.

    8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, language preference, consent, and website operation. We may also use measurement tools, such as Google Tag Manager, according to your consent choices and browser settings. When you open a Braza partner link (braza.app/p/...), we set the first-party cookie braza_indicacao. It stores only the link code and the time of the click, for up to 30 days, to credit the referral to the partner. It holds no personal data and is deleted as soon as the referral is recorded in your account.

    9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Relevant changes will be published on this page and, when appropriate, communicated by email or in-app/site notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
