    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By using Braza Solver (iOS app, extension, website, and API), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. Service Description

    Braza Solver is a tool that generates optimized solutions for Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) in Ultimate Mode and helps you make the most of your club with the Braza Index, the Ideal Lineup, evolution suggestions, and objective tracking. The service includes an iOS app, a browser extension that integrates with the game WebApp, a solving API, and a web management panel.

    3. Club Data and Community Databases

    • When you use the extension or the app with the game WebApp, Braza reads the cards in your club: attributes, PlayStyles, roles, positions, physical data, and evolution state. Reading only happens while you use the WebApp and never includes your game password. • This data is tied to your account and used to calculate the Braza Index, build the Ideal Lineup, suggest evolutions, track objectives, and generate SBC solutions. • By accepting this version of the Terms, you allow the cards and evolutions seen in your club to feed the season's community databases. These databases do not store your user, email, or name: each contribution gets an irreversible code, which is deleted once the card or evolution is confirmed by at least two different users. Evolved cards are not added to the card database. • You can ask support to delete the detailed club stored by Braza and your contributions that are not yet confirmed. • Artificial intelligence features, such as the Braza Shortcut plan built with your club's cards, are exclusive to the Premium plan. Your cards are not sent to the artificial intelligence model: matching against your club is done by rules on our server. • Notifications, such as the objective-about-to-expire reminder, can be turned off on the Objectives screen of the app. • We record the version of these Terms you accepted and the acceptance date. When the Terms change, we will ask for a new acceptance in the app, website, or extension.

    4. Account and Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. • Each account is personal and non-transferable. • You must not share your access credentials. • You are responsible for all activities performed with your account.

    5. Plans and Payments

    • Free Plan: 10 solves per day, basic formations. • Premium Plan: unlimited solves, all formations, priority support, and advanced features. • Lifetime Plan (R$ 699.00): one-time payment, all Premium benefits permanently. • iOS purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. • iOS subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions or in the App Store. • Website purchases may be processed by Stripe in Brazilian Reais (BRL). Website subscriptions may be managed from the dashboard. • Access continues until the end of the already paid period after cancellation. • iOS purchase refunds follow Apple policies. Refunds for website purchases may be requested from support according to applicable law.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to: • Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of the game developer's terms. • Attempt to access other users' accounts. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service. • Use bots, scrapers, or automation to abuse the API. • Send false or manipulated data to the community databases. • Share your Premium account with third parties.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The source code, algorithms, design, the Braza Index, and the "Braza Solver" brand are owned by Hogrid Tecnologia. Product names and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Electronic Arts.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • Braza Solver generates solution suggestions. We do not guarantee that every solution will be accepted by the game's system. • The Braza Index, the Ideal Lineup, and evolution suggestions are Braza estimates, not official game ratings. • We are not responsible for any penalties applied by the game developer for the use of external tools. • The service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

    9. Availability

    The service depends on the availability of the game WebApp and of infrastructure and payment providers. Temporary outages due to maintenance or external factors do not entitle compensation.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may change these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email with 30 days notice and, when they change how your data is used, we will ask for a new acceptance. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abusive use, or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

    12. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, SP.
